First floor renovation in Allentown:

Souders Construction removed the existing flooring on the first floor, opened up three doorways as well as removed an existing closet to give the home an open concept.

​

Electrical and HVAC was relocated to accommodate the new layout.

 

1200 square feet of 5 inch wide rustic hardwood flooring was then laid throughout the first floor.

 

A closet was added with custom sliding barn doors and shelving. 

​

To continue the open concept a structural LVL was added to replace a load bearing wall and open up the left side of the stairway. 

​

Souders Construction completed every aspect of this renovation from demolition to hardwood flooring to painting and custom carpentry.
